Dr Chris Waycott

Osteopathy

B.HSc & B.App.Sc (Osteopathy)

Chris graduated from RMIT University in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathy, awarded with Distinction. His clinical approach is methodical and hands-on, utilising techniques such as joint articulation, soft tissue massage, muscle activation, and joint manipulation to help restore optimal movement and function.

Passionate about improving quality of life, Chris works closely with each patient and tries to understand what that means to them—whether it’s returning to sport, managing everyday aches and pains, or simply moving with greater ease. He combines personalised treatment plans with education and practical rehabilitation exercises to support lasting outcomes.

With a strong background in sport and currently completing a postgraduate certificate in Strength and Conditioning, Chris has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. He’s especially passionate about helping athletes of all levels—from junior players to weekend warriors and professionals—safely return to peak performance and achieve their physical goals.

Outside of the clinic at NWOC, Chris stays active through tennis and gym training, and also works as a sports trainer for a local gridiron (American football) club. A proud Essendon Bombers supporter, he enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his two dogs, and is always up for a good chat about the footy.
